7Chan is mostly a clone of 4chan that has been around since 2005. It became a 4chan alternative around 2006 when traffic spiked due to raid banning on 4chan.

4chan is a simple image-based bulletin board where anyone can post comments and share images. There are boards dedicated to a variety of topics, from Japanese animation and culture to videogames, music, and photography. Users do not need to register an account before participating in the community. Feel free to click on a board below that interests you and jump right in!

My goal is to build out a post for each image board and add tags which can be searched or found using the tag cloud on the side bar. I cannot keep the old style of direct board links up to date anymore, it is too much work. Many times I was adding new sites by request only to removed them a week later when the website goes down.
