neoCafe is an imageboard/textboard website created by vulkr. It’s goal is to emulate the old style of early 2000s imageboards & textboards. What makes it unique is not only the community, but the features is presents via the imageboard software, Kokonotsuba. They have a regular /b/ board but also the /coffeehouse/ board which is a textboard that allows for file-sharing.
